Following the Vercel security incident, we did a full security review of Influencer Hub and patched everything up. Here's what changed.
- Client and influencer portal links are now properly secured — only the intended recipient can view or interact with their portal.
- All data in the platform now requires login to access. No part of the database is open to the public.
- Clients can only approve or reject influencers from their own campaign — no cross-campaign access possible.
- Chat messages sent through client and influencer portals are now fully secured end-to-end.
- Undoing a swipe in the client portal now correctly resets the influencer back to the shortlist.
- Portal links work correctly after RLS update whether you're using the full link or the shortened version.
- We've added activity logging to both portals. Every view and action is now tracked behind the scenes.
No action needed from the team. All changes are live. Flag anything unusual with portal links or lead statuses in Slack or submit a bug report via Feedback & Roadmap in app.
